At GM Developments we pride ourselves on our continuing care for our clients whether it is providing a planned maintenance contract to ensure your home continues to function efficiently for years to come or helping to keep it looking its best.

Each planned maintenance contract is bespoke to your property and comes with a 24 hour, 365 day out of hours electrical, plumbing and heating service.

 

Our team will ensure all servicing and works are arranged for you.  You will also have the peace of mind that you only need one contact number to call should you have an emergency.

 

Our After Sales not only maintain properties but also undertake projects that can range from kitchen/bathroom refreshment, extensions and smaller scale refurbishments.

 

Our  Handyman Service is available for small items such as jet washing drives, fitting blinds and curtain poles, hanging pictures, all the little items that it is often hard to find someone reliable and competent to do.

 

Essentially After Sales will take care of your home for you so you don’t have to worry about how to get anything from small repairs to an extension not only done, but done to an exceptional quality with exceptional service – exactly the same as if it was one of our main contracts.
