The new area looks fantastic and whilst we are all still finishing the last bits and pieces, at a macro level Paul and I are very happy with the new rooms and the high quality work.

I wish to convey my appreciation to all at GM Developments who worked on the new heating system at St Mary’s Church. Thanks to the fine efforts by your company, the installation was completed in time for us to move back into the church by Palm Sunday, an important deadline for us. Despite problems with unexpected situations in the floor of the nave, the project kept up the momentum essential to a smooth completion. I would particularly mention Jack Pachnik, your foreman, who gave exemplary service in steering the work throughout. Without his efforts, I doubt that we would have managed to meet the deadline. Jon Wroth too was instrumental in keeping everything on track. The professionalism and dedication shown by Jack and Jon is a credit to GM Developments. Our grateful thanks to them both.

Dear Garry, We have just returned from Sweden to our lovely house. We are obviously very lucky to be able to live in a house like this, but particularly lucky we ended up working with GM Developments. From Ian and Brian, right through to Phil, we have enjoyed having them on site. We trusted you to build it well and fix the problems, and we know you can do that with GM Developments and tell everyone who asks.

What can I say? You have been our rock through these past 18 months. I somehow imagine you still here, keeping trusty watch over the house and looking after us. We are exceptionally grateful to you for all you have done, for all the sensible suggestions you have made and for your calm friendship through thick and thin. We miss you!
