The construction of a fantastic sports and social club with ninety-six luxury apartments above and underground parking for forty-eight cars.
The club has six floodlit tennis courts, bowling green, croquet lawn and a separate squash and croquet pavilion with a caretaker’s flat above it. All the apartments are to a high specification with bespoke kitchens and bathrooms.
