A complex refurbishment involving holding the building up on stilts whilst excavating an additional level beneath it to provide a cinema, wine cellar, family room and study. Double height windows between the lower and ground floor provide an abundance of natural light. The result is a tasteful blend of traditional and contemporary feature in a wonderful family home.
