Project Overview & Architectural Story
A luxury development of forty-one apartments with commercial space on the ground floor built on the site of an old Royal Mail delivery office on behalf of our sister company GM London. Comprising 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments each with their own outdoor space, bespoke kitchen and bathrooms, underfloor heating and Kone Residential Flow smart entry system. There is also a secure underground carpark and bicycle store. The commercial space has been transformed into a nursery with its own secure garden/playspace.
